Just talked to the em'. I was hoping they'd be looking to let it go dirt cheap & I'd make the 13 hr trip.

24k miles.. obviously hit front end.
Rims messed up along with cladding.
Interior is "perfect" & still smells new.
Appears completely stock except for perf. chip & possible aux intercooler.
Frame may be bent.
Was in storage for long time, with clear title though.
He mentioned $10.5 at one point, I wanted wanted to say, "excuse me".. but didn't.

I'd say maybe 6.5k (if frame is good).. easy couple thousand in body work, painting, wheels, cladding.. Could end up being a nice truck though.

michael@cornhusker.net is the guys emails.. nice guy, may be on ebay before long. If somebodies got some spare cash laying around..............

that won't be super cheap to fix.. but it doesn't look like it will be super expensive either..

Yep, the frame is quite the FUBAR on the drivers side. Suspension or suspension mounting points too.

Not only that but look at the door gap (or lack there of) between the windhsheild piller and the door in this pic.

Look at the top of the door in relation to the roof in this pic as its sitting in a quarter inch.

That tells me that the door post is pulled in and/or twisted from the frame bending right at the front drivers side body mount.

Id pay at the VERY most 5k for that as its gonna take some time on a frame machine (frame time = $$$$).

I'd say the blue firewall is a good indication.

Would there be any difference between the Ty frame and, say an 87 4x4 blazer frame?
That Ty is so close to me that I will have to go look at it.

That was my friend's truck actually. He hit a tree with it. They actually totalled it, he got like 17000 for it, bought another one. Then the dealer fixed and sold it I was told.
