Toss the stock wastegate and upgrade to a forge wastegate. Sportmachines can hook you up. You can set it up to run 15-16psi no problem

Will the Forge actuator work with stock chip and stock boost solenoid ? or would the boost solenoid work against it?

You don't use it, the forge gate works solo, as long as you stay under 16psi for a 2bar you will be fine.
