Yeah, an 80E holds a fair bit of fluid.

Mine took about 3 1/2 gallons (~14 quarts) when I put my 80E in (but I also swapped to a B & M Deep pan which holds about 2 quarts extra).

Reminds me of my dad's Powerstroke, that thing takes 15 quarts of engine oil when you change the oil & filter.

It's gonna take a lot more fluid than that.
You already put the rear band servo back in, right? Reverse worked OK?
The PCM runs the trans and controls line pressures. Do NOT run the trans any more until you get a correct signal going to it from the pcm to control pressures. The big stuff 3 controls 4L60e's and 4L80e's. If you run a 4L60e signal to a 4L80e trans you will damage it.
It will suck fluid out of the pan and you will have to replace it. You can't just fill it up and drive away like you can doing an engine oil fill.
You should've got your cable sorted out while you had the pan off so you could see which gear it was in and verify. Keep checking fluid and keep adding fluid until it stays full with the truck sitting on level ground. Did you get a new clip to hold the shifter cable in place underneath?
Yes, reverse worked fine, I still have to adjust the shifter cable it off alittle. I need that clip still if you can send one that be great! I called mike lee today hes overniteing the cable i need to link up my laptop. Ill check the trans settings then. Hey george when you dyno the trans do you check the stall on the converters too. I backed it out of my shop today to let it idle for a bit to check for leaks. After that i could hardly climb the tiny bump to get back into my shop. Granted the intercooler isnt on yet but it still revs to like 3000 rpm. Mabey its just the big stuff settings!!

Nope. Stall can't be checked on a dyno. You ordered a 3200 stall. So they are gonna act like that. For streetable stuff I don't like to go over 2800. Don't drive it anymore until you get the settings straightened out or you will damage it. Check your fluid again. It's gonna keep sucking it up. It will eventually stabililze but you can't just drive it around. You gotta fill it as it sucks it up.
