Your truck already has A-arms.....
There are several ways to eliminate the torsion bars.
1.) Just remove them. Put thicker bumpstops in, and let'er rip. This isn't exactly a recommended practice.
2.) Swap to an aftermarket coilover conversion. There are several vendors on here who sell them. Expect to spend fairly serious coin.
3.) Wait a while, and see if this forum comes up with a coilover solution that uses the stock a-arms. Will be less money, but you'll have to wait, and depend upon your fellow Sy / Ty owners to figure it out. See this thread:

4.) Engineer your own coilover solution (basically take solution #3) and make it work yourself.
5.) Replace the entire front suspension with parts from a C6 'vette. Please note, you'll have to do alot of fab work, and your checkbook may be your most important tool.
6.) Fill in the blank with your wild idea here!
I'd personally recommend exploring options #2 and #3.
