has anyone come up with a front mount a2a that keeps the air conditioning ? is there enough room for all of that behind the grille ?

The RPM kit does and several others have that are not in production anymore. can be built off e-bay for some headaches and few dollars. maybe $350 or a little more if you buy better stuff. RPM's is bolt on and very good quality.

Turbotime's a2a setup work great with a/c. Its a front mount setup which goes right behind the grill.

Daron has a2a on his Sy and still has A/C. It's mounted lower, like maybe where the stock lower CCHE was. I think there's a pic of it in my "Sy at the salvage yard" in the sightings section.

i have a FMIC ebay core mounted with A/C. no issues, it is tight fit, but works good. had to cut the core support quite a bit, and make my own piping.
