after sitting truck runs rough

every once in awhile after my truck is warmed up and i shut off the motor for 5-10 minutes it will have like a rich miss for a few seconds after i restart it. any ideas? can the injectors drip?

Yes it is very possible the injectors are bleeding down. Put a fuel pressure guage on it and watch the pressure after you shut the truck off. If you have a leaky injector the pressure will drop.

The symptoms that you have stated is a leaking injector. I have found that if only one is leaking it may be difficult to detect with the leak down test. If it runs good cold and warm but runs rough after it is warm and shut off and restarted after a few minutes then it is an injector. It probably smooths out after a few minutes.
