Picked this up on October 30th, was too cheap to pass up, 1 owner, has a bad transfer case and the gauge cluster is non-functional, but other than that its a perfect parts truck, engine feels super healthy.

I already sold the wheel flares for $100, the tires are about a year old and have around 5000 miles on them since the t-case went bad 9 months after they were put on, they are currently on Craigslist, it also had new front calipers, pads and rotors on it, they have already been swapped onto my '01. The wheels were kinda crusty so I stripped them down and tossed my snow tires on them. Also plan on swapping the cab/clearance lights and the 145 amp alternator onto my '01 and maybe a few other bits.

So I'll add this one to my $100 '01 core I picked up on CL a while back (has intermittent reverse issue) and the $150 '97 core I picked up off a friend who was unloading it (smoked, fluid is black). :tup:

I keep saying I need to stay off of Craigslist

Nice score did someone help you get the transmission out of the trunk? Craigslist is almost as bad as ebay I try to stay off both.

good timing helps too, I was surprised I actually got it since I had to wait a week until I had the time to go up and get it, can't believe someone closer didn't grab it up.

nah, the one in the trunk was one I picked up a year or so ago, picked up off the guys garage floor, put it in the trunk, drove home, pulled it out the next day, walked it down into my basement and its just been sitting since, 4L80E's aren't heavy, now the iron case Hydramatic that was in my '52 Cadillac, that one hurt my back a little bit 6 years ago, but not too bad :lol:

X2... I know you use some notification app but you do find some amazing CL deals.. I look at it nightly but def don't find deals as good as you do...
