This is made from .090 5052 aluminum and is water jetted for a nice finish. This replaces the stock plastic air deflector that is missing on most trucks. I left off the attachment point to the intercooler, as the two bolts that attach it to the frame seem more than strong enough. I could make more with either "Typhoon" or "Syclone". Please specify if you are interested in a sy or ty one.

This replaces this part, which is missing on most sy/ty's


Here is the item. It will clear the stock intercooler radiator.

You can buy this one if you want. It is done and ready to ship. I would like for someone to install it on a stock style truck, and give some feedback and pictures.

I will cover shipping on this first plate if the buyer would agree to go ahead and install it on a truck with a stock style intercooler, and then give feedback (good or bad) on the quality and fit of the piece. I would also ask that they post some installed pics. If the buyer is not happy with the item, I will refund the full purchase price once I recieve the item back.

If I had $90 to spend on my truck right now, Id buy it. It looks like a nice piece. I will pick one up here fairly soon.

Good Deal. I have a "dutchy" lower charge cooler using stock style frame.
I am ready to send full payment for group payment /shipping.

Sounds good. Send me your shipping address, and you can just pay me when you receive the item and try it out. Just to be clear, this is the final version, unless something is found to not fit. If the item is not what you expected, you can just send it back.

I do plan on making more of these in the future if the interest is there. Please post if you have possible interest in getting one of these plates in either "syclone" or "typhoon" or plain. I will not make anyone feel committed to buying just because they post interest. This is not a group purchase, and no deposit will be required if I make more of these. I am simply trying to judge how many more I should make and in what style.

Carl has received the plate, and has paid me for it (actually more than I was asking for), but he has not had a chance to install it. I just took this pic of my plain plate on my sy (I don't have a lower intercooler). It is visible from the front, and I think looks pretty good. I am looking forward to Carl's thoughts on the plate before I make any more (unless I don't hear from him in the near future):
