Another Transmission question

I took my ty to a transmission shop to swap out my fried one for a good one. not sure what they have done but they said it needed a new shift selector cable. I live in the uk so used Roc autos and bought what i thought was a shift selector cable from them. the guy in the shop said the replacement keeps popping off. has anybody heard of this or do you know whats happening. this is just one of many problems im having with the shop. the list is as long as my arm and ive been told my arms are like orang-utan.

Please help.

I doubt you will find a replacement cable off the shelf. Renz had some made for our application.

Aside from that there are clips that hold it on, shouldn't be popping off.

Latest is. truck starts but, its in bloody drive when its start. what do you do to fix that im guessing its not easy! cheers guys.

Did they use the correct length cable? And clip it onto the transmission bracket while it was in park?

Im going try switch cables tomorrow. think this maybe the issue. keep you posted. IT WILL RUN AGAIN. ARRRGGGGGHHHHH
