hey guys just wanted to let you guys know i just picked up 93 Ty number 2112

Its in storage right now but ill try and get soem pics up soon.. its a wht/wht no roof rack or spoiler truck. stock with just under 140,000 on it. Needs some TLC havnt decided what i want to do with it yet

May be using for parts,
May rebuild

what do you guys think.

and to the rest of your i bought it as a parts truck for my mint fake ty. I planned on a full interior motor and wireing harness swap. and have a 90' T-5 camaro tranny to swap in keeing my truck 5-speed as well as a Vette IRS and thats just some of the parts i have waiting.

the truck wehn i got it has no cladding and that what i wanted a clean title truck with good interior and a good motor that was basiaclly complete minue the cladding.

the truck coud easily be fixed...but for a price, a price that i would rather just make my clone real...

i dont believe so but who is he? the truck was sold privatley, was never on ebay or syty.net to my knowledge

this thread is useless with out pics. If it is worth saving ,save it. If it 's a rusty turd then part it out. Hopefully you didn't pay too much for it, if you are thinking of parting it out.

Not another white/white with no roof rack.And here I thought I was the only one....congrats on the new ty Tyler.If you part it out ...I'm interested in a few parts.If your interested I still have a complete interior swap for your typhoonie.

You and me both. Guess they arent getting any rarer in Canada.Might be interested in a few items as well. Depending on price etc.

I believe #2112 was from MI. Last pics I saw of it, it had some 20" rims or something like that on it.

Brian in Sask also has a white/white 93 no rack. I sold it to him. ;)

Anyone want a garnet, gumbey, red or black ty? :rotf:

There are one or two of these trucks around this country, nice to see more.

hey timbo, i dont really know alot of the history on my new ty would you happen to have some more info or pictures of it? if so could you send me them.

Okay, I couldn't find any of the pics that I had seen of it, but here is a post from Thomas, a couple of owners back when he sold it to Rick. And here is a post from Rick, the last known owner when he bought it.

I found this pic, but I'm not sure if it's your Ty or not.

wow where did you dig up that picture haha thats my brothers 93 japanese typhoon infront of crystal glass on whyte ave !.......... i know that supertrap exhaust and gunmetal wheels from anywhere ! i believe he bought the truck from a guy in sherwood park who imported it from japan but im not too sure

the guy who he bought it from was rob from sherwood park and he imported it from japan to sell to my brother...... the truck number is #730
