well. i just figured out/reminded myself about need a battery kill switch and a box to hold the battery.
so i wouldn't be able to run it anyway... i think that a wed night might be a decent idea, less traffic means more runs.
if you end up going out before i get my truck NHRA legal let me know, i'll make the ride out just to catch a 1/4mile trip.

I used to always go on wed. Friday night is slammed! Wed is still pretty packed, but at least you get a couple more runs in. Its best to stay till they are about to close, i get about 2-3 runs in during that last 15min. Maybe things have changed though.

I wonder if I'll need a kill switch for my battery too then?
Do they really do tech inspection at GRW? or is it like OSW, drive up. Sometimes they ask you how fast, sometimes they dont. And you just go. If you need a helmet to run again they tell you after you've ran a 12 sec run ? :lol:

I think even if you run 13's you need a helmet. I actually borrowed a helmet a couple times from the track official....just let them hold on to your drivers license. Yeah the tech is the same pretty much as any other track. Just tell them its stock and they wont bother you. I had the batt. relocated to the rear and no cut off sw. They never even popped my hood. They simply dont have the time....too many cars getting tech'ed. Now if you have a car on a trailer.....that's a diff. story.
