Battery relocation question

Has anyone ever relocated their battery to the driver's side where the ABS block is? I just bought an RPM intercooler and need to relocate it, but don't want to put it in the back of the truck.... and I want to keep the oiling system intact.

My friend Ross-san did it w/o ABS deleted, and mounted oil filter there.

Mine was relocated in front of the right rear tire when I bought my truck to make way for an air filter mod. It was not that much of a problem to jump with a set up of wire run into the engine compartment, until I installed my air to air intercooler. Now it is a little bit cramped. I also have to work to get it disconnected directly at the battery with a small wrench of some sort. ATR has a kit. web sight "atrperformance.com" I'm pretty sure.

I've seen similar on eBay and my frist thought was that if you used a standard top mount it would ground out on the trim piece that runs right next to the post.
