Big Tires for the Stock Wheel

I know that there are some new tire sizes out for the 16 rims that go all the way up to 295. i have heard that the 295 has just as much footprint as the 17X11 315. But my question is if anbody has tried these tires or if anybody has seen these tires on our trucks do they stick out past the fenders on the back and how do they look?

I had 315 G-force tires on the back of my 2k and 95 Hawks and they have 9" rims and they JUST fit, 295's ask for the same size 10" rim so tring to fit them on a 8" may be possible but even if you do fit them on it would be VERY unsafe. just my 2 cts

You'll have to run the same size front and rear, and you won't be able to, since anything wider on the stock rim will necessitate taller sidewall and a taller tire. You'll be at the 27" diameter (or so) at that point, and it will probably have problems rubbing up front.

Plus those sizes are nearly non-existent (the sizes that we'd need in a 16" rim).
