I have 400mi on the new engine in the Ty I just bought. I jumped on it for the first time today. The boost flew up then tapered back to around 7-8psi. I tried it again and it repeated the problem. Does that sound like a wastegate rod adjustment? Also, what RPM should the WOT upshifts be? Mine is around 4500. I'm not dying to fix it because I"m still going to take it easy for a while but thought I would get some opinions.

I have a Diacom but it won't link for some strange reason. 
I am going to try it on another vehicle when I get a chance. I can't put it on the Z because it has a FAST system on it. Hopefully, somebody at work will let me use their ride as a test to see if it's a cabling problem or something with the Ty.
