For the A/C condenser, you can loosen the line nuts, rotate the condenser high enough for the cam to go below it, and tighten the nuts so you don't loose the charge while you work. Loosen them again to put the condenser back down.
I doubt the bumper will be too close. Perhaps the center hood latch support will be, but that's only 3 bolts.
I replied to the OP's PM on this subject. For myself, the fussiest aspect of a cam swap with the engine installed is getting the front cover back on the engine with the oil pan already in posisiton, and not having an oil leak. I've done it and the cover to pan seal was dry as a bone 10 years later, but I've also had oil leaks bad enough that I had to do it over the next weekend.
