Cheapest source for Under Hood Liner

well a junked truck won't have a shiney new one though. Everything else looks clean under my hood right now, and I'd like the liner to follow suit.

just buy a fiberglass hood and you dont have to worry about that rug under there :lol:

Werd, me too. Looks a little odd. Plus its loud and the hood shakes around some without it.

www.lmctruck.com has the molded one for $100 bux, that is pretty pricey. What purpose does that thing serve that is worth 100 bux anyway? I took mine off becuase it was in bad shape anyway.

It helps in preventing your hoods paint from fading from the heat , it would take years though to do that , I know at least in florida here it would .

well....mine has nice chunk out of it, but it saved my hood from a dent from the inside out when the f'n T-clamp blew off my IC...scared the sh$# out of me when i lost all my power-------thought i blew something up, espially the way it sounded and just died when it lost all boost.

I used Dynamat Hood Liner. I like it for easy cleaning.
