I may go, but I do not think I will put my Ty on it. It's a good deal, but how boring would a stock Ty be?? Answer = boring. Maybe this will get me motivated to get the new 20G on.....what do ya think Adam?

Feel like making a drive out to my place for a wrench fest?

I suppose, but we could be bolting on my PTE instead. Selling this one to get a 72/74.

I would love to attend as I am in the process of updating to bigger injectors and hoping someone here can help me tune my typhoon.
I am also a Sales Manager to a Major Beer Distributor in Chicago so i definetly can supply the beverages for the BBQ.

Why not see how it runs with that pretty new turbo, FIRST?? I know that PTE is a step up from the 20G you just got rid of. Then if it's not to your liking, we can talk. My new 20G/14cm (needs installation) and freshly rebuilt trans with a 9/11 converter should help. If not then I got the 50's and the 3bar to turn it up a bit. I'll need a chip and tune, but....those few items should make for a stout street Ty, no?

The 61 is not going to have the power output i'm looking for. I want to try and keep the boost below 24psi for a 10sec run. I should be able to with a 72 or 74. If your interested let me know. The 20g should wake it up nice with the stall. I don't know if you need the 50's i ran stock injectors the whole time. The 3bar is a must so you can run over 14.7psi. Just got a new job yesterday. I'll let you know what my schedule is like so we can get cracking on your truck. Give me a call this weekend if you have any free time.

What's up Rey? We've been so busy we have not had a chance to get together to talk about the trucks. I may be able to make this event but I probably won't put my truck on dyno since it is stock. When do you plan to install the injectors?

Hey Adam,

Seems like your truck is coming together nicely. I can probably make the event but I would not put my truck on dyno (stock). It would be nice to get together though and the BBQ sounds like a great idea.

Re: Chicago Dyno Day & BBQ

Thanks Rey. Hope to see you there. No worries about the dyno i'm sure there will be a lot there that aren't doing pulls. Sounds like its going to be a good turnout.

Happy New Year. I am thinking of getting 50 or 65lb injectors and tune from there. It is running great right now with the 38lb injectors with the ultimate and the trans has been rebuilt with all of the good stuff but my goal is 12.50 this summer and the injectors and tune should get me there. Heading to the World of Wheels this saturday.
