First off, a BIG THANKS to Dale Jolly for hosting the meet :D ! As a host, he REALLY went out of his way to ensure that everyone had a good time. And a big thanks to all those who took the time and energy to make it to the meet :D! We had 6 syclones and 7 typhoons in all. Josh B. even drove 250 miles to come out from PA... I have a feeling that the Ohio meets will be something to mark on the calender in the future from now on. As long as we don't get rained out that is

The tour of the Rahal race facility was TOO COOL 8) ! Some really super high tech *and* super expensive stuff in there... Everyone had a great time and for those who could have came out but didn't, you missed out! However if you have a legit reason for not coming out, you can see the pics here: http://www.chitownsyty.com/gallery/view_album.php?set_albumName=2932 Enjoy!

BTW, when does everyone want to get together again? Sometime in the fall?

I was thinking of a after meet from the Nats. Possibly in the Cincy area. I think a swap meet would also be a good idea.

A big Thanks from me to you , Ohio meet attendees

A big Thanks from me to you , Ohio meet attendees

I would just like to THANK EVERYONE for coming out to the Ohio meet. I had a very enjoyable time and was glad to meet the new faces and see the Die-hards too. I wish I had more time to visit w/ everyone and talk a little more. Jesse , I forgot to give you your small piece of carbon to put in your gear selector, Gary we didn't look at your wheel spacers to modify them a little. A couple of you wanted to hook up my Datamaster to your truck, and I had a few requests for a ride in my truck that I just never got around to doing. I guess we need to make the next event a little longer!
I have to start looking now for a whole new batch of giveaway prizes. It will be hard to top this event (I had 38 prizes and giveaways!! some pretty good stuff too)
I was hoping we could get a "Most impressive launch" contest going ,it might just be a trophy for the next event!!
Thank you for the help w/ the clean-up after the cookout. It went very quick. 2.5 hrs to set up everything and haul it over to the shop ,15 minutes to tear it down Thanks again.
I called the dealership today to give a personal thanks from all of us for displaying some of the new GMC products. The 4-wheel steer Denali was cool! (Well....not 45,000 cool though, OUCH) I wish my Sy was the candy red of that new Envoy sweet color on that one.
I would like to get everyones E-mail address and name that attended because I failed to get a list of my own. I was going to collect your Registration flyers but forgot. I can keep a list and tell you about or get input for another meet or pass it on to whoever is going to organize the next one (Hint, Hint) Bye Dale
