What are the input voltages on pin F14 using B9 as a ground?

LM-1 WideBand meter has two programmable outputs.

Programming LM-1 outputs for simulated stock O2 sensor.

For Digs wideband what is the proper output?
10:1=0Vdc 20:1= 5Vdc

Do these look right?
