Driver wheel not spinning

Put the truck up on jackstnads. The 3 other wheels spin normal. The tire spins freely. Would you say an axle?

The front is an open diff. Only 1 wheel will spin.

Find a safe way to stop the pass front tire (wheel chock, etc). Then look at the drivers front.

So, it's 3 wheel drive not AWD from factory. Didn't know that.

I think just about every "AWD" car/truck/suv ever sold is 3 wheel drive from the factory...

Yep, just like most 4x4's are really 2wd. 1 front 1 rear. Unless locker/limited slip of course.:roll:

Not exactly, an open differential is 2WD until you encounter low traction. Then, they become 1WD. Our trucks are AWD as long as there is traction.
