"ecm 1" fuse keeps blowing!

Guys and Gals,

I was gonna write a huge story after I was stranded on the side of the road, but the anger has left me so let's get to the point. When the "ecm 1" fuse went the first time a few strange things happened. First the speedo flicked between 60 and 70 a few times. Then after the fuse actually went, the "low turbo coolant" light came on, but very dimly. I tried a 40 amp fuse so that I could get home, but that popped, too. I've been givin a list of things to check (fuel pump and relay, ecm and wires/harnesses, the ribbon cable going to the ultimate, and the ultimate chip itself as it has been in and out several times). I would really like to know what else, if any, runs off the ecm1 fuse to check. Thanks in advance for any help, yall.

I think the esc module, injectors, egr solenoid are on that circuit (#439 pink/blk).

WOW I never knew the low turbo coolant lights worked!

andrew... I'm just now finding time to look into the problem. I'll post when I figure it out.

I got the problem fixed (thanx to Gary). The ribbon cable to the ultimate chip had been chewed through where it entered the ecm box. Put the stocker back in and she started right up (after replacing the fuse). Now I just hafta drive it an hour away again to see if it pops. Seems the only time it breaks down is if I'm in another friggin county.
