twist into a circle, enter the pass side, do a backbend over the seat, try to maintain your balance and slide under the dash. Finally remove the retaining screw and pull it down and out.
Don't even bother to ask how it goes back in there... not enough room here to describe it.

It doesn't get much easier IMO. It under the passanger side dash. Remove the plastic panals under there which are simple as maybe 5-8 screws. Look up under the dash and remove 1 screw that holds it into place. Pull down and your at it. Easy as cake.
Puttling it back in sometime requires you to play with it to get the right angle, but it shouldn't take more than 30 sec to a 2 minutes.
