Front bumper removal

How do you get the front bumper off a 92 typhoon? I got the grill off, 2 nuts/washers off from the inside and 2 nuts on the outer bumper but what am I missing? Thanks

How about the 2 underneath where the intercooler attaches, and don't forget to unplug the fog lights and twist out the marker lights.
