Those could be PEP arms. Been awhile since I've seen a set though.....

After looking their were more than just those available a while ago, so it could be a couple different ones.. Still like to hear from someone that knows for sure what the pep arms look like before coming to conclusions..

I am 90% sure they are PEP also. Not many sets were made.

The dustan version of arms I would avoid like Ebola personally but these are not them.

I am pretty sure they are PEP. I helped an owner install a set and deal with bilstein coilovers clearance issues. The failures were due to shocks breaking from the suspension binding.

This coilover set has smaller coilover shocks (looks like QA1/hypercoils) which resolved the issue.
