Ok guys, I am stomped.
Front end is new and I still get this scraping / clicking noise ant feel when I turn and backup mostly, but also some time when take off or coming to stop. ????????

I had a clicking/clunking noise that manifested itself in similar situations as yours. My problem was worn out differential bushings that mount the carrier to the frame near where the propshaft bolts up. There was metal-to-metal contact when torque was applied to the differential. I tracked it down by removing the propshaft and taking it for a clunk-free drive. A large prybar wedged in between the diff. carrier and frame would slightly recreate the noise as well. Good luck.
Stariy...I've got a '93 Ty with exactly the same problem. I just had brand new CV's installed and a hand picked mint (used) diff installed... and I still have the clicking/clunking sound. I will try Anthony's advise on the worn diff bushings. Will let you know how it turns out. Hope that's it!! There's not much left to replace up front...

Thanks for the input guys. I will check differential mounts. But I think I know what my problem is now: front end still make noise but it is different now, it’s more like fabric ripping sound and feel. I think it is my new poly bushing making noise. It is noisy on both sides now.
