Front left brake locks up

I've got 92er, ABS delete, braided lines, all this stuff is brand new. New brake fluid, flushed the whole system when I was changing lines. New caliper bolts, new rubber rings and other misc brake hardware. New Raybestos Advanced tech pads with new discs. Rears are also okay with new shoes, springs, cylinders etc. The only thing I didn't change yet is caliper piston seals.
Everything was fine until 2 weeks back.

Now for the problem: after 30-60 minutes of driving the truck, front left brake starts to lockup as soon as I feather the pedal. All the roads are icy here, so its kinda scary and very unconvenient to drive. Problem looks to be heat-related, because brakes are all even right after cold start.

WTF? I could change piston seals, but I'm not sure it will help.
Thanks for your input!

Have you changed out the brake lines to the front calipers. My Sy did the same thing. I ended up changing the rubber brake line going to the caliper and the caliper itself for good measure.

Yes, there are new braided lines there now.

Disc doesn't seem to be overheating. It is hotter then the right one, but nothing special. Wheel is not very hot, and truck seems to be rolling okay with no pedal.

Re: Front left brake locks up

Have you bled the lines correctly? One might not be applying due to air hence the other feels like it's locking up?

Air in there might be heating up, or water....

Yep, I think I did a good job there.

Its not like right one is responding slower. It is like left one is braking way too soon and way too hard.
