Come on...a 777 drop in the DOW doesn't mean you have to liquidate. If this is Sunni's idea I hope she kicks your azz.

Ha! Other factors have forced the liquidation. It's either sell this or try to sell my body, and I'm thinking the Ty is the more desirable of the two...

Wow, I guess I missed a few posts!

Henry's taken to using the Ty now as a fort where epic dinosaur / transformers battles are fought, so I guess I'll spend most of my time looking for replacement battlegrounds. But post-Typhoon life doesn't really seem too grim when I think about it...

I keep sending Jim ugly pics, though, so it'll likely be the last bastion for displaced Autobots for quite some time :)

I'm really hoping to not part it out. If It doesn't sell in the next few weeks, I'll probably be keeping it around for another 10 years.

what parts and machine work would it take to put it back togeher and get it running?

It would need a driveshaft, exhaust manifolds, heads that can handle a .510 lift cam, and connecting rods. I might end up throwing the stock turbo in with it, so it may not need that. As far as machine work, I don't know if any would have to be done. The new rods might have to be balanced with the rotating assembly, but other than that, I was just planning on disassembling the engine, cleaning the bock and parts, and putting it back together.

Bump for new price and I'll throw in a stock turbo with a 12cm housing.

If Jim decides he has too many already, I can probably (likely) find you a buyer at that price.

Eventually, we'll get ya back... maybe you can buy one already fixed.

Seems like a heckuva deal to me. I think I still have about 150 bottles of Heet to throw in, too :)

We'll see about buying another one. Sunni's up for a nice royal blue, so we'll see what happens next spring.
