headers with large primaries

for you guys with huge primaries, what exhaust bolts are you using? i have been working on building my own headers the last few days and the tubing i am using have about a 1.75 inch outer diameter, clearance between the pipes and the bolts will be very close, no way stock bolts will work

basically i need a part number for exhaust bolts with the smallest head available, perhaps cap screws. any help?

i'm using a mix of 1" and 3/4" header bolts from the parts store. they're 3/8 head 12pt
