I did a little sniffing around on the board on Heat wrap on the DP and manifolds but never found a good answer...Is it worth the money to put this on it only cost about 30 bucks? i have the truck sittin on the lift waiting on my ring and pinon set and i was bored trying to kill some time would this be worth my while?

Yeah do the heat wrap....i did mine a couple weeks ago{double wraped it}

Couple things i noticed....

My EGT temps were a little higher.{that extra heat creates mor velocity in the downpipe.

and my underhood temps are alot lower.

be careful when you're cutting and installing that shit , cuz it puts out these little tiny fibers in the air.....I had that stuff in my throat for about a week :x

Get any ol wrap, I bought the graphite black stuff, but really its just the regular fiberglass with some coloring. 50' is enough to do the dp, crossover pipe and still have quite a bit left.

make sure you buy the silicone coating spray. It will 1: color the wrap so it dissapears a little better, and 2: prevent stuff from soaking in so easily into the wrap. stuff like oil, that once its in that wrap will burn like no tomorrow.
