Our rate is $75 this year. Enter SYC in the Group/Convention code.

Reservations should be made under that code so that they are applied towards our minimum number of rooms we agreed to fill.


Reservations must be made by midnight August 7th. After that date all remaining rooms will be released and the rate will not be guaranteed.

This is the best rate available regardless of any other discounts, internet deals etc.


Looking forward to seeing all of the habitual offenders again this year ;) as well as some new faces.

Looks like the price goes up depending on the amount of people staying in the room.

4.$95

Is that correct, or should they all be $75?

So what should we do, just register for 2 people, even if more might be going? I'm not sure yet on how many are going, could be 2, could be 6, so is it a big deal to the hotel?

Just register for one, every room on the floor that Ive seen has two queens. The peeps at the hotel know what happens when we come around, like 6 people in one room. They are cool about it :tup:

Reservations must be made by August 7th to ensure the $75 group rate. Remember if something comes up you can always cancel the reservations. But, if you're too late you may not get the rate.

I just get one room, then sort it out later. Last year we rented a third bed for ten a night. That way we all got our own bed. At least one night I was too drunk to care, people sleep in there truck, and some people just don't sleep!
