How normal is this?

I don't know if this is normal or not, but to me it looks like the entire block is just moving too much. Any ideas on this? Not too long ago the throttle was adjusted to be lower, because it was set higher after it had been sitting and would cut off in a cold start at the stock position. Maybe it was adjusted really low and idles so low the block rumbles? I don't know.

I dont really know for sure but that doesnt look right. did you change/check the mounts?

I'm getting the cable in a week or so for datamaster. I haven't changed or looked at the mounts, but engine was rebuilt less than 1000 mi. ago, so that might have something to do with it.
