i think i migt have a boost problem

I have a 92 typhoon (atr 3'' exhaus, atr racing chip, k/n air, bigger intercooler) at a stop when i geton it i get the fll 14.5Lb of boost but it drops down to 12by 4050 mph ten even to 11 sometimes.....is that normal for that??? does anyone know the problem if not nomal????please help me out...thanks John

Serious about performance
You should run a scan tool on your truck like DataMaster and see if it is having knock retard. That is one way to SURELY make your truck lower its boost.. and the most likely cause. The stock truck should control boost on its own to the 14.5 range.
