thank you mine are all screwed up what is the easyest way to get at the lines on the stock cooler?

Drop the cooler.

There are 4 bolt's that hold the CCHE (lower heat exchanger/stock cooler) in place. I think the bolt's are 14MM (Someone correct me here if I'm wrong). Remove the bolt's then you can pull the CCHE down. There are two electrical connector's as well, one for the pump & one for something else, not sure what it is for.

The way it is drawn reduces the chance for air entrapment, thus making sure your cooler system can work the best in getting rid of the heat... I will be using 2 heater cores( with a motor cycle fan on each) in place of the one aux unit, but I still have to watch the inlet and outlet to make sure air can't get trapped. You can also pump the water too fast through the system, and it won't work because the coolant doesn't have enough time to get rid of the heat while traveling through the heat exchangers/heater cores/radiators... and absorb the heat from the ic.... I guess the $2 word would be thermodynamics... I am licensed to use this word, but only once a month...
