IC ???

If you hot wire your IC should u be able to hear it run when key is on the on position? becuase im not really sure if its working or not

Yes the IC pump should be running when your key is in the <ON> position.

All you have to do is ground the yellow wire coming out of the pump relay to the firewall. I think it is the relay nearest to the passenger side fender. Use an existing ground or make a new one, and make sure it is clean.

It is grounded But i cant hear it running the way ive got it wired is ive got this little connector that splits the yellow wire 3 ways going in and out to the relay and to a ground

There is an IC fuse at the back of the alternator that is for the IC pump. Check it to see if it is blown. If you have the yellow wire grounded properly and the fuse is not blown, you may just have a dead pump. Even if there is little to no water in the system, you should still hear the pump doing it's best to pump something through.

OK the fuse is not blown so where do i get a pump?

Check to make sure the pump is getting power, if not get the relay from gm. Take the part # off of the top as they don’t know what it is. If the pump is getting power you can get a Johnson pump from
