I recently bought a cool 'INTERCOOLED' TB Plate...I removed the old one and when I took it off, there was nothing inside, by this i mean liquid. Is there supposed to be anything there or does it occur when the engine is running???

Just curious...
TIA

yeah, thats where the boost fluid is supposed to go. Sorry had to do it. There isnt actually suposed to be anything in there, the intercooler fluid gets circulated through the large squarish grey thing to the left of your manifold.

syty's TB was blocked off from the factory, no coolant goes through it. thank god.

:D Great!...just wanted to make sure,....I have had my truck for 2 1/2 years now without a single problem, so I was pokin' around and noticed that.

Thanks again!
