Actually, Hahn is rebuilding it for $350, shipping included....a lot cheaper than a new turbo. The blades look good, which is important, because they no longer have the parts to do a full rebuild including new wheels.

The turbo would spin, but there was side by side play, as well as a bit of front to back.

Negatory. Because China is no longer offering the parts (turbine wheels, I assume), they cannot build the 25G anymore...which sounds like a bummer. If it turns out that it's not rebuildable, I'll be interested to know of a similar turbo, which will be a direct bolt in.
