Just bought the Accell GEN 6 dfi questions?

I just bought the accek dfi gen 6 (BG your chip is on the way back you should see it monday or tuesday). Is this a good fi system to run? I am tired of playing with computer chips and would rather just put it on a dyno and tune the truck completely. I know people at SLPand they are going to tune it for me, but can't really do anything with the Ultimate chip. Anybody running this have any good or bad things to say about? What am I in for? Any help or oppions would be great. BG i am sure you have used this did I make a smart move by going to a stand alone verus chips?

It will allow for on the fly adjustments and such, but the newer FAST & DFI gen 7 offer a *LOT* more in the way of features.

Gen 6 isn't true speed density, datalogging sucks, no wideband 02 datalogging or feedback control.

It will allow you to custom tune, but even then, the Gen 7 & FAST will be a big step up.

So for the layperson, or basic shop tuner...

stock ECM (no one but the hardcore enthusiast can use) --->>>

DFI Gen 6 (anyone can tune it, but not as full of features, no wideband 02)------->>>

FAST/DFI Gen 7 (easy to learn, easy to tune, wideband 02 built in, extra features built in)
