Just ordered me some new rims!!!

Finally got around to getting these mounted today...still need some spacers for the rears but I think they're looking pretty sharp :tup:

And the truck ran (not drove :rotf:) today for the first time since late 2007 :tup:

Very sharp. I was looking at the same rims. Went with a different set. Post some pics when u get them on.

that store auctioned an all chrome w/o rivets version about a week ago too... looked really good. youll have to post a pick once theyre mounted. might be the best look yet. that lip is yumyum

I thought about looking for a set of C6's for my truck just to switch it up everyonce in a while.

get some pics up when you finally get them on, I would like to see how they look.

I was looking at that exact same set for my Ty (or Sy). Not sure if you thought about it or not, but there are other auctions for different sizes in that style of wheel. Although they don't offer an 18x8.5/ 18x10.5 in one auction, they can sell you that combo. I've contacted them about it already since i've seen the different sizes in other auctions. I'm sure you could get the same in the 17's as well. 17x9.5 front/ 17x10.5 for the rear. Those will look badass though!!

Thats what I mean, some of their other auctions have different sizes listed. After looking at multiple auctions I found that they have 18x8.5 and 18x10.5 but not in one auction. But after contacting them, they said they would do this combo as well. I don't recall the price off hand but it was very close to $600

Thanks for the replies guys! I'll be sure to get pics as soon as I can. And as for other sizes I asked about 17's but 17x9.5 was the only size in a 17" rim. He does carry 18x8.5 and 18x10.5 but he wanted a bit more. I think he told me closer to $700.

P.S. If anyone is going to buy a set of these find an auction with NO buy it now. I got these quite a bit cheaper :tup: Plus with free shipping you can't really go wrong! Now onto a search for tires.....

I'm thinking about getting rid of my heavy ass corvette wheels and getting a set of these:

They also have a 17x8 that only weighs 15.5lbs!

I am still up in the air on either black c6's or try to still find polished c6's. I like the gun metal too, but they are still hard to find in the right widths.
