Oh yeah and my guess to your question on the custom weld job someone did to your throttle guide is this...

Maybe someone used it to secure the line for a 7th injector system?? then took it off.. sold it?? Doesn't make a ton of sense considering the fitting turns out at a 90 degree angle... and if someone were to fit it in that notch they'd have to pull it foreward... Again just an idea..
