Where did you get the pic from? Do you own one? Know of anywhere else besides ebay to get one? Thanx in advance.

It's mine. I have had it for 10 years now. Since I am on my 5th S-Blazer variant (2nd Ty), I have never been willing to commit to the exact build I want to do. I have 3 or 4 Syclone kits, for the other pieces needed. Once upon a time, I purchased all the stuff needed to shoot a latex mold and try to replicate it. That stuff still sits in my garage, long past its expiration date.

No, it's not for sale. No, I don't know where to find another. Just being a tease :)

Here is a link to a year-old thread, wherein the owner of AAM "comes out of the closet" after years of lurking (after a major health problem, during which some of his customers got $crewed). The discussion touches on the S-10 Blazer model. He says the molds are shot, but he has the original master from which they were made. He also says he has no intention of ever letting the master go, or of going back in to production. Likewise, no other reputable resin caster will do it because to do so would be setting yourself up for a copyright suit. Bottom line, we're pretty much screwed.

Or you could take a mold off of yours, and sell them for $

If you're really determined you can get one of these scale model experts to build you one. I contacted this one guy, Sean Svendson, (www.svensworldofwheels.com/) and he gave me a quote of $1,000.00 if I could provide the AAM resin body. The price would go up if he had to build it from scratch. Needless to say I passed on the opportunity

I wish I knew what I know now, I'd have bought one of those blazer resin bodies 18yrs ago, when I was building lowrider model cars with hydraulic motors in them. I do know where I can possibly get my hand on some Bolink Sy and Jammin' Jimmy bodes for RC cars just no decals included
