I'm usually south of I-94. I usually stay between Eureka Rd and I-94. That's where most cars/people seem to be.

People stick around pretty late. Cops get bitchy usually around 1030pm-11pm, but they don't usually say much. In previous years I've stayed out as late as 1 a.m.
