Didnt have time one day after work to go home and get the bike I ride, so I stopped out at our spot with the typhoon and raced my friend on his geared F4i, its the red and white one thats all over in the rest of the video. This was with an untuned truck that would go rich and cut out beyond 1/2 to 3/4 throttle.

Ty race is 1:18 into the video, only other time im in it is 4:20 into it :( I need to buy my own bike.

I must be getting old? We use to think it took big balls / we had big balls to drag race bikes and break 9 sec. quarters on our old Harley drag bikes (with the front wheel on the ground) or run the canyon pass at 50-70 mph on our "tricked Norton's and Triumph's" when the posted speed was 20-30 and dangerous at that. Now I see the times they run on bikes off the show room floor "with a few bolt on's", the 185 + top speeds, the trick riding, wheelie / front stands etc. As I get older I am reminded the bruises are blacker (and bigger), the scrapes and cuts bleed more and take longer (weeks to months) to heal and broken bones...... well shit, I don't even want to think about that. All I can say is BIG BIG BALLS!

Bikes arent all that IMO. Atleast not from a light to light basis. I race ikes all the time and have yet to have one take me off the line. Ive seen plenty of LS1 cars take them from a roll and on the highway. Ofcourse there are those bikes/riders you just dont mess with. But all in all, Ild never own one, you cant fall off your car.

I like that video tons!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Never had a chance to race a sy/ty with the busa, but I never lost to anything: camaro's,firebirds, mustangs, nothing!!. Sure would like to run against one.

We dont buy new plastics, my bike last year also lost its tailight lens and I never did replace it. That said my bike cost me about $5000 or more in fines, lawyer fees, tires, brakes, and repairs that had to be done to keep it rideable.

The one I ride is all stock and its my friends 05 636. Im waiting for the day I have to buy him a new tail and a muzzy pipe :rotf:

Luckily he doesnt care so long as I pay for anything I break, he thinks its cool to watch me on it :tup:
