I'm not really a new member but starting to finally have a bit of interest in my truck again. After having just about everything possible go wrong with my truck last year I finally got fed up and just parked it. I'm feeling like it's time to start turning wrenches again and finally get the damn thing back on the road.

I wonder what's new in the past year? Last I remember there were a handful of guys in the high 9's, there was some experimentation with 4l80e's, Big Stuff3 ignitions, and talk of custom rear suspension. How has this stuff turned out? Anything big news in the past year for the SyTy scene?

right now I think a member by the name of "GMMOTORSPORTS"-(I think) is working on a custom 4 link for our trucks, I havent really read much about the big stuff 3 ignitions, I believe theres a battle for the first 8 sec sy between 3 or 4 members here, and hopefully they can show up for the nationals. and the 4l80e is no longer an experimentation for our trucks it a tried and true tranny that can take a beating and come back for more. HTH
