Here is a complete run on my engine. It produced 701.9 Foot Pounds of Torque at 4500 RPM. Same run it produced 667.4 Cubic Pounds of Horse Power. all at around 16.5 psi of Boost. Here is the link to my Photo Album. More photos and info there. Can you believe it? :D

Only concern i have is why is the fuel pressure dropping as the boost increases. You went from 59 lbs fuel press to 48 lbs @ top. That doesn't seem right.

Guessing from the pic, I'd say custom FMIC, brodix / pontiac heads, big TB and a polished 4" inlet turbo. looks like RPM headers and a sheetmetal intake too

But just a guess
