I just found out who made the chip in my TY. It was purchased from turbotime. They informed me that a "Phil Long" made this chip and he is who I should contact for programming info and what not. Does anyone know him or are you a member here. I am interested in knowing exactly what I have to determine my course of action as far as tuning. I am new to this but want to do it right so I am trying to make an informed decision. any help would be appreciated.
