:rotf: I'm the exact opposite. I have three little ones and my old lady hates riding around in it.

Re: pics of my sy #2695

It's been a while since my last post on here. Did a little work since, but the nicer weather has put the sy on the backburner. Removed the frt diff and cleaned and resealed and cleaned the torque converter cover. I had some powdercoating done the fender wells turned out awsome, valve covers and most of the brackets and pullies also had my exhaust ceramic coated with the heat deflectors and bolts. Cleaned up and coated and painted the frame, and engine. The frt of the frame was taken to bare metal and coated with a undercoating then i painted it a satin chassis black also did the zq8 steering box the same way and the new pitman arm also did the idler. Now Iam in the middle of relooming the engine harness with a braided loom.

Re: pics of my sy #2695

Installed the rear brake line mounts, i took the the rear brake line mounts of a 2000 f body cut them down and welded them to the Syclone diff offset so they clear the bump stops not the greatest welds but they hold. Then I bent up new brake lines and flaired the caliper side ends to the factory iso flair and finished off with stoptech steel braided hoses p/n 950.62501. Installed the new Bilstein shocks, and got the rear box cladding on

polished the master cylinder

crappy pic of the box cladding

the newly powder coated pulley brackets installed and just installed the left exhaust manifold with mls exhaust gaskets

Re: pics of my sy #2695

Finally got around to installing the RPM torsion bar delete cross member. Started by removing the factory on by using a sharp chilse bit in a air hammer and knocking out the upper rivets and then using sawzall to cut the welds on the frt of the crossmember. Then installing is pretty straight forward just had to slot two bolt holes so they would line up and had to get spacers to get in the proper hight, drilled and tapped the crossmember and bolted in and hooked up the park brake cables, still have adjust it. Here is the pic fully installed

finished off with a new rear driveshaft from Sportmachines, fits like a glove and looks great

Re: pics of my sy #2695

It been 6 months since the sy has sat on all 4 tires, got the ride hight set and installed some more cladding. When i was installing the drivers side door cladding the frt lip broke, so another set back. Now its repaired just waiting for it to cure.
