Planning the first ever Lightning syty meet !

like it says working hard over at nloc.net planning the first meeting any one up for some CLEAN fun
no date no track set but input would be great guys let me know soon ! post up

maybe just a gtg or track rental possible bbq at the track soda beer whatever bring the family and lets enjoy just TRUCKS for one night

We could have some very good grudge matches !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would be in for whatever. I still go to lightning meets on occasion. I havent since summer 05 but plan on going to the local L summer meet this year. Hell I brought my L to several sy/ty meets (both of the pittsburgh meets) when I had that also. The problem is going to be finding an agreeable date with all the various meets coming up for both groups. Maybe meeting at a car show would be a good plan.

Not to be a nay sayer or anything but this better not be a track get together then. I know there are a lot of very fast lightnings in our area. I am not saying that we don't have fast sytys in the area also. I just think the meet should be about enjoying the trucks not who stomps who anyway. I have always had a great time with both groups of folks. Most of the people in the local L group really appreciate the sytys. Maybe we can just pick a area to all meet at and have a little car show of our own. Or perhaps all meet in Toms River sometime. Just throwing ideas out there.
