precision turbo for stock

I believe it's the stage 3 turbo upgrade. intake, turbo, intercooler, downpipe. Looking for stock pieces with around 58k miles to put truck back to stock. Previous owner put turbo on around 4,000 miles ago. pm me.

Is that turbo using a GN style turbine housing and a 3 to 4 bolt adapter? Only reason I ask is that ATR downpipe w/ the divorced wastegate isn't a direct bolt-on to a PTE Sy/Ty housing. The upper right bolt hole will be off centered along with the wastegate hole.
