Problems with datamaster

Hey guys I was woundering if any one else has noticed this. When I view runs from some trucks on datamaster the MAP Kpa's at 0.1 psi boost is 100kpa but on other trucks it is 114.6 KPA at o.1psi. My thoughts are that 100kpa is zero vaccum going into boost. The main VE table uses the 100kpa of the table as the boost area of the table. So what is going on with the different readings in Datamaster? Is there a problem with the 3barMAp sensors? Tonys truck is dead on 100kpa =0-0.1psi mine and others is 114.6.
Any ideas guys? This is making it hard to determine where to adjust in the VE table as I am not sure if I should belive the KPA readings I am seeing.

Thanks

Nolan

Nolan,

There are some errors in the existing 2- and 3-bar calibration information that has been supplied by GM and the aftermarket. The next release of DataMaster has revised both the 2- and 3- bar calibrations based on some precises measurements and will be available (hopefully) the end of this month. The calibration changes will be noted in the appendix of the users guide so you can exactly see what has changed. FYI the next release will be version 3.4.x
