rear seat plate?

I'm looking in the very back of my typhoon and there is a metal plate behind the rear seat that when you fold up the back seat, it makes everything look flush...I can't think of what it would be called but would like to replace it cuz it's a little worn. help please?

That is a standard S10 part. You can find one in any salvage yard. If it is just the carpet that is warn, you can glue down new carpet.
